For this project, BriKat Homes collaborated closely between architectural planning, exterior design, and material sourcing to create a standout curb appeal package. Working hand-in-hand with our siding specialist, we curated a bold, modern exterior palette that feels both elevated and rooted in the West of Market neighborhood.
Expect a refined mix of horizontal paneling, stone accents, and moody contrast colors designed to stand the test of time. The full landscape plan, completed by a professional landscape architect, brings softness and balance to the strong architectural lines — especially important on a prominent corner lot with alley access.
