ENVISION
If you are building new, it is usually because you desire something you can’t find in typical homes for sale. Maybe there is a piece of land that is special to you, maybe you need a custom space to show off your antique cars. Or maybe you are building a compound for you, your kids, and parent. Whatever your dream, we will create a needs and wants analysis as we explore your vision for your new home.
PLAN
We want to make your new construction project as efficient and streamlined as possible. Once we have understood your vision, we will create an overall outline of work to make sure we are on the same page regarding your expectations, design needs, budget, and timeline.
DESIGN
Once the overall plan is approved, we will work on architecture and engineering to make sure your vision is sound. We will complete the planning and work on permits. We use 3D renderings to help you visualize your finished home project. This will also allow you to determine if the space is working as harmoniously as you intended. We can work on choosing finishes during this time as well.
BUDGET
We work with each client to maximize your budget and to supply you with our “No Surprises” guaranteed budgeting plan. We have a very easy way we determine your costs and can work with you on any changes you may want to make as the plan comes together.
SCHEDULE
When do we expect to have approved building permits? When will the foundation be poured? When can we drywall? When do we have to choose our cabinets? All of these benchmarks will be laid out in a schedule that is easy to understand. Although things come up, we always keep you in the loop so you know what to expect every step of the way.

We utilize industry best building practices and we work with you to ensure the build process is as stress free as possible. That includes keeping you informed about our status and the schedule.
Although we plan out each build to avoid anything unexpected, there are almost always unexpected items that come up. Sometimes the unexpected is good, but usually it becomes a problem that we need to work around. The key is that we not only build in a contingency budget, but we also put our years of experience to work and have innovative solutions that usually wind up better than the original plan!
