There are many facets of your home selling strategy – timing, price, condition, and your motivation to sell. OFFER & NEGOTIATIONS
Once a buyer (or maybe several buyers) makes an offer, I will work with you to review the various offer fields – price, closing timeline, down payment, earnest money, and contingencies. Based on how well these align with your goals as well as the market, negotiations may be in order.
PENDING TO CLOSE
Once the offer is accepted by both parties, there are a number of items that need to be taken care of. I will keep the transaction on track by communicating with all the parties and making sure all the boxes are checked.
