Our warranty program is a key part of your home-buying experience. 

At Brikat Homes, we offer a 2-10 Warranty which provides comprehensive protection for our new homeowners. We utilize and provide the 1-1-10 Warranty which covers 1 year of workmanship and distribution systems and up to 10 years of a structural warranty. Our warranties are manager by Cascade Builder Services through the portal Buildertrend.
