Welcome to The Maples on 15th, Brikat Homes’ newest residential community in Seattle’s beloved Maple Leaf neighborhood. This thoughtfully designed project includes three homes on a single lot: a main Single Family Residence (SFR), an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), and a Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU).
Each home is uniquely tailored, yet together they share a common vision — to elevate what multi-unit living can feel like. With curated finishes, layered lighting, and boutique-level design, The Maples on 15th is a quiet example of intentional infill development done right.
Where We Are Now: Framing Nearly Complete
We’re currently finishing framing across all three homes. The next major milestones:
- Rough-in plumbing and electrical
- Site cabinet walks
- Finalizing finish selections
This is the stage where our design vision meets execution — confirming that everything from outlet placement to cabinet elevations supports how future homeowners will live in the space.
A Look at What’s Coming
Here’s a first look at some of the interior concepts we’ve designed for this community. The kitchen renderings for the SFR and DADU showcase warm-toned cabinetry, soft stone-look countertops, a herringbone backsplash, and modern, understated lighting — all hallmarks of Brikat’s approach to elevated Pacific Northwest design.
